Tomorrow this little funny one will be available for all to see and hear! 🎵
It’s called ‘I Lost Track’ and was written in the deepest depths of the quarantine, a confusing time! ❤️💔❤️ But this video was meant to be a lighthearted relief and kind of a silly vision of what people might be doing on their own indoors every day (aerobics) 👾👽
I wasn’t quite able to achieve the dream look of an 80s aerobics VHS workout (due to limited clothes and resources), but I’m sure you can appreciate the home-made rough around the edges feel during these times 😉 Oh and the dance moves are certainly questionable, but the idea was that we can all laugh at that together 😂 👍

Hello lovely people. Sorry for not being in touch for a couple of months, it’s been quite a rollercoaster of a time and I’ve been sent in a bit of an inward spiral 🌀 as I’m sure many others also have. x I hope everyone has found their own way of coping along the way! 🧡
Music has been my lifeboat and has massively helped draw out inner conflicts.
The feeling of creating and channeling into art is just immeasurable and seriously the . best . therapy 💆‍♀️ if you haven’t already tried playing some music or making art, well, you should! 🌈 😉

So I thought it’s finally time to get back in the game and start sharing some creations.
